SHIPPING AND HANDLING

If you are looking to purchase multiple wine coolers and stands, please email or call us, information can be found in the CONTACT section of this website.

Standard Delivery: There is a 24-48 hour processing time for all orders, with most orders sent out for delivery within 24 business hours. We strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible.

Shipping Charges are based on your Global Location and purchase of 1 set only:

Dubai: Free Shipping 48 Hours
UAE: There is a shipping charge of 200 AED
Middle East: There is a shipping charge of 300 AED
Mainland Europe & UK: There is a shipping charge of 420 AED
USA & Canada: There is a shipping charge of 500 AED
Rest of the World: Anyone wishing to purchase items from outside the mentioned areas, please call or drop us a direct email, this will be sorted on a case to case basis.

We process orders from 9:00AM - 3:30PM  on weekdays.  We do not process orders on Holidays.

Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions:
Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.
